The Board of Directors of Sagicor Investments Jamaica Ltd has approved the full participation by the Company and its subsidiaries in the Government of Jamaica’s National Debt Exchange Offer (NDX).
While it is anticipated that this will have a short term adverse impact on profitability, it will not materially affect the capital of the Company.
