Sagicor Group Jamaica Limited (SJ) has advised that the Company
intends to convene a meeting of the Board of Directors on April 7, 2021 to declare a dividend.
SJ further advised that the dividend payment will be made in keeping with the Bank of Jamaica’s previously issued guidelines regarding the suspension of dividends. Accordingly, dividends will be made to eligible shareholders who hold 1% or less of the shares in the Company and which will require obtaining the consent of the large shareholders holding more than 1% of the Company’s shares as at the record date.
