Sagicor Group Jamaica Limited (SJ) has advised that the audited financials for the year ended December 31, 2018, which were due to be submitted on March 1, 2019 are further delayed. The Company has indicated that the delay is attributable to the acquisitions in 2018 which have significantly expanded the required accounting and auditing work.
SJ anticipates that the financials will be submitted no later than April 15, 2019.
