At the AGM of Radio Jamaica Ltd. held at the Hilton Hotel on December 22, 2003, the following resolutions were passed:
(1) To receive the Accounts for the year ended March 31, 2003 and the reports of the Directors and Auditors thereon.
(2)To elect Directors.
(3)To re-appoint the Auditors and to authorize the Directors to fix their remuneration
