Radio Jamaica Ltd has advised that its Group’s Audited Financial Statements for year ended March 31, 2010 will not be available within the regulated sixty (60) days after the end of the financial year. It is expected that the audited statements will be submitted to the Stock Exchange on or before June 25, 2010. The company note that the delays are due to additional audit processes needed to evaluate two new accounting systems and the substantial time lost in the past week due to the company’s role as a broadcast organization when there was a virtual shut down of the businesses in the city.
