It seeks to enhance the risk oversight structures, processes and competence of boards. The program will consist of a series of training workshops addressing risk governance in emerging markets.

The details of the course are as follows:

Programme:   The workshop will involve highly interactive sessions drawing heavily on the experiences of the participants and on “real life” events from which risk governance lessons can be drawn. It takes a non-quantitative approach focusing on the oversight role to be taken by a director. The sessions are tailored for current and potential corporate directors.
