Supreme Ventures Limited (SVL) has advised that the Board of Directors has, on February 27, 2013, confirmed an earlier recommendation to proceed to action the opportunities available to SVL. The process contemplates a scheme of amalgamation that will result in the transfer of assets and liabilities of several gaming operations currently undertaken by subsidiaries of SVL, to one subsidiary company in the group. No movement of assets will take place in the parent company.
