Regency Petroleum Company Limited (RPL)- Delay in Annual Report

RPL wishes to advise its shareholders that the company had requested 45 days extension from the JSE in which to submit its Annual Report for the period ended December 31, 2022. The report is originally due for submission on April 29, 2023; however, the extension will bring the new date to June 13, 2023. The extension will allow the management team to concentrate on finalizing its 1st Quarterly Report which is due for filing by May 15, 2023.
