RBTT Financial Holdings Limited(RBTT): Group Chief Operating Officer Resigns

There has been a change in Executive Management at the RBTT Financial Group.  The Group Chief Operating Officer, Mr. Nigel Romano, has tendered his resignation from the RBTT Financial Group with effect from October 31, 2006 and will be returning to Asia with his family, where he will take up senior leadership role at a global bank.
