The Directors have declared a final dividend of US 12 cents per share to be paid on June 10, 2005 to shareholders on record as at June 3, 2005. The AGM will be on July 7, 2005 at 10 a.m. at the Ballroom of the Crowne Plaza, Wrightson Road, Port of Spain, Trinidad.
