RBTT Financial Holdings Ltd. (RBTT) – Interim Dividend

The Board of Directors has declared that an interim dividend of 39 cents (TT) per ordinary share of no par value be paid to shareholders on November 25, 2003. The Directors have fixed November 12, 2003 as the record date and the XD date is November 10, 2003.
