Suresh Sookoo, Chief Executive Officer of the RBTT Financial Group, has announced the appointment of Ms. Minna Israel to the position of Managing Director designate, RBTT Bank Jamaica Limited. Her appointment will take effect on January 21, 2008.
Ms. Israel brings to the RBTT Group more than 25 years’ experience in the financial services sector, having worked in the multinational, corporate and commercial banking within and outside the Caribbean. She began her banking career with Royal Bank, working in Jamaica and then Toronto, Canada. She returned to Jamaica to join The Bank of Nova Scotia Jamaica Limited, where she held several management positions including Executive Vice President and Deputy CEO.
