Radio Jamaica Limited (RJR) announces proposed amalgamation with the media business of the Gleaner Company (GLNR). RJR advises that the amalgamation is conditional on the securing of approvals where required from regulators, shareholders and that of GLNR shareholders, and the sanction of the Court.
