Pulse Investments Ltd wishes to advise that, due to an accounting error in its original report, it is now filing Amended Unaudited Financial Statements for quarter ended December 31, 2020. It should be noted that this error has no effect on the company’s income or profits for the period, which remain the same. PULS’s finance department inadvertently calculated earnings per share without adjusting for the stock split that took place in 2020. The Company apologizes for this error.
