Pulse Investments Limited (PULS) Dividend

At a meeting of the Board of Pulse Investments Ltd held on July 12, 2023, the Board considered payment of a dividend of one half of a cent ($0.005) per share to the members of the company. In accordance with Pulse’s dividend policy which prioritises the company’s financial covenants, the Board has deferred a decision on dividend payment to a meeting to be held on September 28, 2023, after completion of our annual audit.
