Paramount Trading (Ja) Limited (PTL) has advised that no dividend was declared at the board meeting held on July 24, 2014. The Board of Directors of PTL will meet on October 8, 2014 to consider a dividend and receive the unaudited financial statements for the quarter ended August 31, 2014.
