Please be advised that a dividend payment of US$0.0011 per share was declared at the Board Meeting of Proven Investments Limited which was held on August 11, 2022. Ordinary shareholders who have requested payment in Jamaican Dollars will receive the equivalent of JA$0.1674 per share.
This dividend payment will be made to all ordinary shareholders on record on August 26, 2022 and will be paid on September 9, 2022.
