Proven Investments Limited (PROVEN) has advised that a dividend payment of US$0.0013 per share was declared at their Board Meeting held on July 28, 2020. Ordinary shareholders who have requested payment in Jamaican Dollars will receive the equivalent of JA$0.1915 per share. This dividend payment will be made to all ordinary shareholders on record on August 19, 2020 and will be paid on August 26, 2020.
The ex-dividend date is August 18, 2020.
