Proven Investments Limited (PROVEN) has advised that a dividend payment of US$0.0012 per share was declared at the Board Meeting of Proven Investments Limited which was held on February 11, 2021. Ordinary shareholders who have requested payment in Jamaican Dollars will receive the equivalent of JA$0.179169 per share.
This dividend payment will be made to all ordinary shareholders on record on February 26, 2021 and will be paid on March 11, 2021.
The ex-dividend date is February 25, 2021.
