Proven Group Ltd. – Dividend Approval

Please be advised that a dividend payment of US$0.002 per share was declared at the Board Meeting of Proven Group Limited which was held on July 31, 2023. Ordinary shareholders who have requested payment in Jamaican Dollars will receive the equivalent of JA$0.3092 per share.
This dividend payment will be made to all ordinary shareholders on record on August 17, 2023 and will be paid on August 31, 2023.
