Proven Group Ltd. – Dividend Approval

Please be advised that a dividend payment of US$0.0015 per share was declared at the Board Meeting of Proven Group Limited which was held on February 7, 2024. Ordinary shareholders who have requested payment in Jamaican Dollars will receive the equivalent of JA$0.2345 per share.
This dividend payment will be made to all ordinary shareholders on record on February 23, 2024 and will be paid on March 12, 2024.
