Proven Investments Limited has advised that the Board of Directors of the company has approved acquisition of 100% shareholdings in First Global Financial Services Limited (FGFS) from First Global Holdings Limited. The agreement was signed on April 24, 2014. This acquisition is subject to regulatory approval.
