National Commercial Bank Jamaica Limited (NCBJ) has advised that regulatory approval has now been received for the previously announced transaction in which NCB Capital Markets Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of NCBJ, will acquire the majority interest in Advantage General Insurance Company Limited. NCBJ expects the transaction to be completed within the next few days.
