Productive Business Solutions Limited – December 31, 2018 Unaudited Financials
Two presentation modifications were made:
The Earnings per share disclosure updated to reflect number of shares outstanding to facilitate calculation of the per share data.
Although the Statement of Directors stated the Board of Directors was presenting the unaudited results, and was signed by two directors on behalf of the board; the Consolidated Financial Statement of Financial Position was updated to reflect the signatures of two directors on behalf of the board.
Additionally a discrepancy on the non-controlling interest in the Statement of Changes in Equity December 31, 2018 and the Balance Sheet was corrected.
