Pegasus Hotels of Jamaica Limited has advised that under Article 80 (1) (c) of the Articles of Incorporation of the Company, Alston Douglas was co-opted a Director to serve on the Board of Directors as at January 26, 2009. This co-option is for a period of one (1) year. Rev. Denzil Barnes was again co-opted to serve as a Director on the Board of Directors for another year commencing January 26, 2009.
