At the Special Directors meeting on April 15, 2005, an interim dividend of 20 cents per stock unit was declared. The register of members will be closed on Thursday, May 12, 2005 to be re-opened on Wednesday, May 18, 2005. The record date is May 12, 2005 and the payment date in June 6, 2005.
