Pegasus Hotels of Jamaica Limited has advised that the company will not be able to meet the required time frame of one hundred and twenty (120) days for submission of its Annual Report for 2011 to the JSE and Shareholders. This is a result of the delay in finalization of the Audited Financial Statements. The revised date for the submission of the 2011 Annual Report is August 31, 2011.
