PanJam Investments Limited (PJAM) – Delay in Relese of Audited Financial Statements and Changes to Board Meeting Dates

PanJam Investments Limited (PJAM) has advised that the audited accounts of the Company for the year ended December 31, 2019 will not be released on the due date of 29 February 2020.

PJAM further advised that the Company is expected to release the accounts on or before 11 March 2020. The Company will be posting a notice to that effect in the daily newspaper.

PJAM has also advised that their Board of Directors’ Meeting originally scheduled for February 27, 2020 and March 3, 2020 have been rescheduled. Both meetings will now be held on Friday, March 6, 2020 to consider and approve the matters that were stated in previous notices, namely:

a. Approval of the first dividend payment for 2020
b. Approval of the audited accounts
c. Consideration of an Additional Public Offer (APO)
d. Consideration of an Increase in the authorized Share Capital
e. Consideration of a stock split.

PJAM added that in regards to items (c), (d), and (e), further details will be submitted to the Jamaica Stock Exchange after the Board has resolved to make a proposal to the shareholders at an Extraordinary General Meeting to be convened.
