PanCaribbean – Resgnation Audit Committee Chairman

Pan Caribbean Financial Services (PCFS) has advised that Patrick Lynch requested that he be relieved as Chairman of the Audit Committee. Mr. Lynch remains a member of the Audit Committee and the board of directors of PCFS has appointed Mr. Richard Downer as the new Chairman with effect from February 24, 2009.
