Pan-Jamaican Investment Trust Ltd. (PJAM)- Preferred Dividend Declared

At a meeting of the Board on Wednesday, May 18, 2005, the following resolution was passed: ” That the Directors declare a preference dividend in the amount of $1.40 per share in respect of the Company’s Convertible Cumulative Redeemable 10% preference shares for the year 2004. Payment will be made on May 31, 2005, to shareholders on record on May 31, 2005.”
