Pan-Jamaican Investment Trust Limited (PJAM) has advised that the Board of Directors has recommended a name change for the Company to keep in line with what is referred to namely “PanJam Investment Limited”.
The formal resolution will be provided to stockholders for an Extraordinary General Meeting to be convened on Wednesday, November 16, 2016 at 3:30 p.m., at the registered office of the Company – 60 Knutsford Boulevard, Kingston 5 – when the resolution will be proposed as a Special Resolution.
