At a meeting of the Board of Directors of Pan-Jamaican Inv. Trust Ltd. scheduled for March 10, 2005, the Directors will recommend the payment of a first interim dividend for the year 2005. The details of the dividend, i.e. dividend rate, record and payment dates will be announced as soon as they are finalized.
