At a meeting of the Board Directors of the Company held on Thursday September 23, 2004, the Directors recommended the payment of a dividend as follows:
“To be resolved that the Directors hereby declare a Third Interim Dividend for the year 2004 in the amount of 17.5 cents per stock unit payable on the October 15, 2004, to stockholders on record as at the September 30th, 2004.” The XD date is September 28, 2004
