Pan-Jamaican Investment Trust Ltd.( PJAM)- Dividend Declared

On June 2nd, 2005, the Directors declared a second interim dividend for the year 2005 in the amount of 20 cents and a special dividend of 17.3 cents per stock unit. Both dividends to be payable on June 30, 2005, to stockholders on record as at June 15, 2005.
