At a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company held on March 20, 2002, the Directors recommended that a final dividend for the year 2001 be paid in the amount of 16 cents per share.
The payment date and record dates will be released prior to the completion of the annual report and the date for the annual general meeting being fixed.
