Pan-Jamaican Investment Trust Ltd. (PJAM) – Dividend

At a meeting of the Board of directors on May 15, 2001, it was resolved that the directors declare a preference dividend of 2.4% on the amount of $150,093,188 in respect of the company’s Convertible Cumulative Redeemable 10% Preference Shares for the period October 1, 2000 to December 31, 2001. Payment date is May 31, 2001 to shareholders on record as at December 31, 2000.
