Pan-Jamaican Investment Trust Ltd.( PJAM)- declares Dividend on Preference Shares

Pan Jamaican Investment Trust declares a Preference Dividend of $1.40 per share in respect to the Company’s Cumulative Redeemable 10% Preference Shares for the year 2005. Payment will be made on 31 May 2006 to shareholders on record on 24 May 2006.
