Pan Caribbean Preference Shares Dividend Consideration

PanCaribbean Financial Services Ltd has advised that at a meeting of its Board of Director scheduled for Wednesday, May 27, 2009, the directors will consider the payment of a second preference share dividend for the year 2009.
