Pan Caribbean Financial Services Limited has advised that PanCaribbeanBank Limited, a subsidiary of Pan Caribbean Financial Services, has finally completed the conversion of its merchant banking activities to commercial banking activities with the name change from PanCaribbean Merchant Bank Limited to PanCaribbeanBank Limited. The entity has been issued with the requisite License from the Ministry of Finance and Public Service. The branches will begin offering to its customers and the general public, new commercial banking products and services with effect from Monday, 23 June 2008.
