Pan Caribbean – Acquisition

PCFS and Management Control Systems, (MC Systems) a subsidiary of Jamaica National Building Society (JNBS) have entered into an agreement for the sale and purchase of shares in Manufacturers Credit and Information Services Ltd. (MCIS). This agreement will see MC systems acquiring a 75% interest in MCIS for cash of $66.0 Million, while PCFS will retain 25%.
