NCB Capital Markets Limited (NCBCM) has advised that the Invitation for purchase of 68,627,460 units of ordinary shares in Access Financial Services Limited by Proven Investments Limited made subject to the prospectus dated September 20, 2019, closed early at approximately 11:00 am on Friday, September 27, 2019.
NCBCM further advised that the basis of allocation will be communicated to the Jamaica Stock Exchange in a subsequent communication.
