National Commercial Bank Jamaica Ltd (NCBJ) has advised that a connected party purchased 50,000 NCBJ shares on May 11, 2010. Also, a related company transferred 63,000,000 units as part of the pledging of collateral under a loan agreement on May 12, 2010.
