National Commercial Bank Jamaica Limited (NCB) has advised that 75,766,232 common shares of NCB crossed the trading platform on December 21, 2009 for registration to Portland (Barbados) Limited, as part of a release of NCB shares that had previously been pledged to Stock and Securities Limited (SSL) under a loan agreement.
