The Board of National Commercial Bank Jamaica Limited (by way of a committee appointed for that purpose) and the Board of NCB Capital Markets Limited (NCBCM) on November 18, 2012 and November 21, 2012, respectively, gave their approval for NCBCM to acquire AIC Finance Limited.
