NCBJ Declares Dividend

 On 26 April 2012, the Board of Directors of National Commercial Bank Jamaica Limited declared an interim dividend of $0.21 per ordinary stock unit. The dividend is payable on May 25, 2012 for stockholders on record as at May 11, 2012.  The ex-dividend date is May 9, 2012.
