The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to advise the public and shareholders that it has on November 25, 2004 accepted the resignation of Mr. Aubyn Hill, GP Managing Director, effective November 30, 2004. Also Mr. Patrick Hylton will assume the post as acting GP Managing Director, effective December 1, 2004.
