NCB Financial Group Limited (NCBFG) has issued a release regarding the bid by its wholly owned subsidiary, NCB Global Holdings Limited (NCBGH), to acquire a controlling interest in Guardian Holdings Limited.
NCBFG has advised that the Offer remains open for acceptance until the 30th day of April, 2019 at 4:00 p.m. (the ‘Extended Closing Date’).
