NCB Financial Group Limited (NCBFG) Issues Fixed Rate Corporate Bond (Revised)

NCB Financial Group Limited has issued a Jamaican Dollar three-year senior unsecured corporate bond with a coupon of 6.0% on September 10, 2021, raising J$15,000,000,000.00 (Fifteen Billion Jamaican Dollars). The Bond, which is currently unlisted, has a scheduled maturity date of September 9, 2024.  The offer was arranged by NCB Capital Markets Limited.
