NCB Financial Group Limited (NCBFG) confirms that on November 17, 2023, the Board of Directors is scheduled to consider the payment of a dividend to shareholders. In addition, the Board is scheduled to meet on November 21, 2023, to consider and approve the release of the financial statements for the financial year ended September 30, 2023.
