NCB Consideration of Interim Dividend

National Commercial Bank Jamaica Limited has advised that at a Board of Directors meeting to be held on October 28, 2010, the Board will be asked to refer the matter of consideration of an interim dividend to a special committee of the Board which will meet on November 3, 2010.
